Stable and reliable biotechnological processes are needed in environmental, nutritional and medical research fields. About 10 years ago, a new concept was developed: Microbial Resource Management. The scientists of the future will need to manage the microbial processes instead of just looking at them. As part of this emerging interest in managing complex microbial communities, we are organizing a 2-day symposium on the central theme of the Microbial Resource Management (MRM). 
This symposium takes place on June 30th and July 1st 2011.  Venue :‘t Pand, Onderbergen 1, Ghent, Belgium.
